Cyber Security Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cyber Security Analyst to join our IT Security Operations Center (SOC) team at Amadeus Data Processing. As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) and contributing to the investigations of cyber security threats targeting the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and triage security events according to SOC-CSIRT processes
- Participate in security incident response processes and investigate security alerts
- Support the review, assessment, and validation of the effectiveness of SOC L1 service
- Communicate and follow-up on potential security risks detected by the SOC
- Work closely with top-notch technology solutions, such as Azure, Splunk, AWS, GCE, SOAR, XDR, and many more
- Collaborate with international teams and interact with line organization
Requirements:
- University degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- Industry certification as GCIH, GCIA, CCNA, CEH, or comparable a plus
- Interest in cyber security, potentially already backed up with initial work experience
- Good understanding of network and systems architecture
- Good vendor and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a matrix environment and think outside the box
- A drive to learn and bring in new ideas, test, and implement them
- Fluent English, good written and oral communication skills to achieve results in a multicultural environment, other foreign languages a plus
