Position:

Dental Assistant as Administrative Support for Quality Committees

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all administrative and organizational tasks, including document management and general office duties
  • Manage both internal and external communications
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, organization, and execution of meetings and events (in-person, online, hybrid)
  • Support the management team and relevant personnel with various administrative and project-related functions
Qualifications:
  • Completed training as a Dental Assistant (ZFA); additional qualifications as a Dental Administrative Assistant (ZMV) are advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Eagerness to learn internal systems and d.3 (Document Management System) to aid in digital transformation
  • Strong sense of accountability, ability to work autonomously, and dedication
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
