Key Responsibilities- Provide extensive support for commercial real estate portfolios.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise technical facility management and infrastructure.
- Manage the procurement process, including contract negotiations and overseeing service providers.
- Handle rental management, including the transition of commercial spaces.
- Generate monthly performance reports for clients, focusing on cost-effective property management.
- Completion of real estate training; additional certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in property management.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Auto-CAD and CAFM is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong team player with excellent negotiation skills and a confident presence.
