Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Business Unit Insurance team. As a key member of our horizontal team, Value Added Services, you will be responsible for developing and implementing products and services that drive customer retention and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy to drive customer engagement and retention, aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product opportunities, ensuring seamless delivery and customer-centric solutions.
  • Lead the discovery and development of new product features and services, leveraging data-driven insights and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with product managers from Insurance and Value Added Services to define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer management.
  • Represent the Insurance business within the Value Added Services team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and pain points, using user research and continuous customer interaction.
  • Evaluate and prioritize product ideas based on their impact on business objectives, using lean startup and design thinking methodologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager, with a strong background in customer management, retention, and personalization.
  • Proven expertise in working with qualitative and quantitative customer data to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across different teams and hierarchies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent German and English language skills (C1 level or higher).
  • First-hand experience in marketing is a plus.
