About the Role:
The Project Expert – Compliance and Certification will play a crucial role in ensuring the security compliance lifecycle of cloud products within the scope of our SAP BTP ISMS/BCMS. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, Legal, and Finance, to address technology and security compliance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize security compliance issues with operations or development teams
- Manage compliance initiatives, including gap assessments and implementation of controls to address regulatory requirements
- Consult and coordinate with cross-functional teams, especially in the area of legal and regulatory compliance
- Lead internal and external audits related to information security and compliance
- Provide guidance to business units on compliance and governance
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, natural science, economics, engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of ISO, SOC, C5, and PCI-DSS related certifications and audits
- Passion for compliance and background in security (SODL, IT Security Concepts)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluent in English – verbal and written
- Agility, openness, and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
- Strong project management skills and record
- Strong knowledge of cloud platform technologies, including Infrastructure Management, Management System, Virtualization, Container, Kubernetes
- 10+ years of project management and/or program management experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, including handling SDL
- 3+ years of professional PCI-DSS compliance and consulting knowledge
About the Team:
The Platform Certification Office is responsible for the governance of compliance of all customer-facing cloud development and operations of our stakeholders.
