- Operating and maintaining production equipment, including setting up and monitoring production lines
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure smooth production
- Conducting quality control checks to ensure product quality
- Documenting production data, errors, and other relevant information
- Identifying and resolving production issues and implementing corrective actions
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures
- 2+ years of experience as a machine operator or maintenance technician
- A completed apprenticeship or equivalent technical or vocational training
- High levels of flexibility and willingness to work in a 3-shift environment
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in German language, both written and spoken
