Role Purpose:
The Executive Assistant is responsible for delivering comprehensive secretarial, clerical, and administrative support to facilitate effective service delivery. This role involves coordinating various administrative functions for the Director, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and organize the administrative and general support activities for the Director, including scheduling and travel arrangements.
2. Oversee the management of email and mail correspondence, prioritizing tasks effectively.
3. Prepare meeting materials in collaboration with the functional team, including presentations and documentation.
4. Take and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
5. Coordinate daily business operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
6. Facilitate the administrative preparation of employee and distributor events.
7. Support interdivisional tasks and projects, including business plan development and project tracking.
8. Address ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management, maintaining flexibility and responsiveness.

Qualifications:
- Relevant marketing or business education, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably within sales or marketing.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English; additional European languages are advantageous.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and a proactive approach to work.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
