Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our diverse team at Marc O'Polo. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, actively assisting customers with product selection, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product selection, providing recommendations and advice to ensure a satisfying shopping experience.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets, maintaining store merchandise, and operating the cash register and CRM software.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
