Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to join our team at Statista GmbH. As a Research Assistant, you will be responsible for conducting research and data collection for our online surveys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on various company key figures using secondary data sources and online databases
  • Clean and analyze data from online surveys, comparing answers with a predefined list of companies
  • Perform quality and reputation checks of companies based on defined criteria
  • Verify the plausibility of data using built-up knowledge of the respective sector
Support for Online Surveys
  • Act as the first point of contact for participants in online surveys
  • Provide timely and professional information about the surveys
  • Administer received documents from survey participants
  • Forward complex requests to project managers and ensure they are processed
  • Prioritize and organize requests
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office applications
  • Enjoy collecting, organizing, and reviewing large amounts of data in Excel
  • Work independently with a high level of attention to detail and quality
  • Excellent written and spoken English (B2) and German (B2)
