Teamlead (m/w/d) Electrical Engineering
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Electrical Engineering Teams zu übernehmen und die Entwicklung von komplexen medizintechnischen Geräten zu koordinieren.
- Die Dokumentation von Entwicklungsschritten gemäß Medizinproduktegesetz, sowohl in deutscher als auch in englischer Sprache, zu überwachen und zu steuern.
- Die Unterstützung bei Kundenreklamationen und Fehleranalysen zu leisten und die Mitarbeitergespräche und Zielvereinbarungen zu führen.
- Die Budget- und Ressourcenplanung zu übernehmen und die Erstellung von Prozessen zu koordinieren.
- Die Organisation und Abstimmung mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen, Entwicklungsteams und externen Dienstleistern zu übernehmen und die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften zu gewährleisten.
- Die Erstellung, Steuerung und Überwachung der entwicklungs- und produktionsbegleitenden Dokumentation zu übernehmen und die Gefährdungsbeurteilung der Arbeitsplätze durchzuführen.
- Die Mitarbeit bei der Zulassung von Medizinprodukten zu leisten und die Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften im Team zu gewährleisten.
Ihr Profil:
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Medizintechnik, Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Entwicklung oder Teamleitung, vorzugsweise in der Medizintechnik.
- Gute Kenntnisse in Schaltungstechnik, analoger- und digitaler Signalverarbeitung, Layout Erstellung sowie ESD und EMV.
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Entwicklungsprozessen, idealerweise im Bereich der Medizintechnik.
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Normen im Bereich der Medizintechnik.
- Kenntnisse von CE / FDA-Zulassungsregularien sind von Vorteil.
