AI Architect: Designing Intelligent Systems

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect and Optimization Specialist to join our team at Pacemaker. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Implement AI Solutions: Develop and deploy neural network architectures and deep learning models to drive business outcomes.
- Optimize Business Processes: Apply advanced mathematical models and optimization techniques to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead Research and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and develop new solutions.
- Analyze Complex Data: Extract insights and trends from large datasets using machine learning techniques.
- Integrate AI Models: Work with engineering teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
- Continuously Improve: Experiment with new algorithms and techniques to improve model performance.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with the latest developments in AI, deep learning, and optimization algorithms.
- Mentor and Train: Mentor junior data scientists and machine learning engineers to develop their skills.
- Document and Communicate: Develop and maintain technical documentation and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field with a focus on neural networks, deep learning, and optimization models.
- Skills: Proficiency in designing and training deep learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.
- Mathematical Background: Strong background in mathematics, particularly in areas such as linear algebra, calculus, probability, and optimization.
- Optimization Experience: Hands-on experience with optimization algorithms, particularly Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), Genetic Algorithms, Simulated Annealing, etc.
- Machine Learning Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and practical experience in applying them to solve real-world problems.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with data processing libraries (NumPy, Pandas) and machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
