Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our production team at TERO System Rohrbau GmbH - Ratingen. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machines and equipment, maintaining high-quality production standards, and contributing to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular machine inspections to identify potential issues and perform necessary maintenance tasks
• Set up and operate machines according to production schedules and quality control procedures
• Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste
• Perform quality control checks on products and make adjustments as needed to meet quality standards
• Collaborate with production team members to plan and coordinate production activities
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines and equipment
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of machine operation and maintenance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
