Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Develop and implement efficient logistics processes, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and customer service, to ensure smooth execution of logistics operations
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of warehouse staff
- Monitor and report on key metrics, including inventory turnover, shipping and receiving times, and employee productivity
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment
- Proven track record of improving logistics processes and reducing costs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, with experience in warehouse management systems a plus
