We are in search of a Product Owner for Data-Driven Development in Autonomous Driving (f/m/x) to support our team in the creation of big data cluster applications, particularly focusing on autonomous driving. Our applications leverage AWS technologies to process and analyze extensive data related to autonomous vehicles. To derive valuable insights and enhance the performance of autonomous driving systems, we utilize reference data within our cluster and Foxglove for data visualization. What you can expect:
Close collaboration with the Cluster Product Owner (CPO) and development teams to refine specifications and create high-quality, maintainable software for autonomous driving, while considering technical aspects and aligning them with our product vision. Effective communication with users within the organization on complex technical matters to comprehend their requirements and ensure their needs and technical constraints are fully understood (this involves active listening, asking clarifying questions, and engaging in discussions to guarantee all requirements are accurately captured). Serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders by conveying the product vision and requirements in a clear manner that aligns with overarching business objectives. Providing technical support and representing the agreed product scope, working closely with external feature teams to implement solutions that fulfill the requirements (participating in technical discussions, analyzing and validating technical solutions, and offering input and feedback to ensure successful product implementation). Proactively identifying and escalating target conflicts or feasibility issues to the CPO or management (at all levels), highlighting potential risks and proposing alternative solutions as necessary. Fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment by actively engaging with stakeholders from various teams and departments to reach agreements, express concerns, and facilitate effective decision-making processes.What qualifications are needed?
A university degree in economics, computer science (informatics), or a related field, providing a solid foundation in technical and economic concepts, along with experience in product management and product ownership. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex technical and organizational challenges and identify effective solutions aligned with the product vision and objectives. Proven experience as a product owner, collaborating with development teams to refine requirements, prioritize objectives, and deliver high-quality, maintainable software products. Experience in leading technical meetings with a team, balancing compromises, and making decisions that align with the product vision and objectives, while considering technical feasibility and scalability. Familiarity with agile methodologies, user-centered design, and product management tools and frameworks. A willingness to learn new skills and adapt them to meet the specific needs of users.
