Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Projektkoordinator to join our team at Süwag. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects related to gas network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage projects related to gas network infrastructure, including MS/NS/Gas/STB/FTTx projects.
• Collaborate with network operators, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and submit NS-Schaltaufträge, taking into account network topology and collaborating with network operators.
• Coordinate and obtain approvals for project-related activities with network operators and third parties.
• Assign and manage work and equipment responsibilities to contractors and service providers.
• Monitor project execution, ensuring timely completion, cost control, and timely notification of deviations to project planners.
• Oversee and settle external services, ensuring accurate documentation and timely technical project closure.
• Ensure the completeness of project-related documentation.
• Manage project data and ensure timely technical project closure.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, including project leadership for low-complexity projects.
• Collaborate with project planners for MS/NS/Gas network projects.

Requirements:

• Technical degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, gas engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in network planning, construction, and operation.
• Excellent knowledge of relevant regulations, laws, and standards, as well as their application.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate equipment and materials.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good social skills and ability to interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license (Class B).
