In Dortmund arbeiten wir an unserem neuesten FinTech Produkt "SteuerCHECK", das die Art und Weise, wie Steuererklärungen erstellt werden, revolutionieren soll. In der Rolle des Lead Software Engineers (m/w/d) übernimmst Du eine zentrale Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unseres Produkts, der Back-Office-Systeme sowie interner Werkzeuge.

Werde Teil der FinTech-Revolution mit "SteuerCHECK" und bringe Deine Expertise als Lead Software Engineer (m/w/d) bei der Verbraucherportal Deutschland GmbH (Tochtergesellschaft der CHECK24 Gruppe) ein.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen
  • Optimierung und Pflege der Gesamtarchitektur, einschließlich Frontend, Backend und Datenbanken.
  • DevOps: Von der Bereitstellung und automatisierten Provisionierung neuer Server bis hin zur Durchführung von Software-Releases.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement und dem IT-Team zur Konzeption und Implementierung neuer Funktionen.
  • Qualitätssicherung durch kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer CI-Pipelines und aktive Teilnahme an Code-Reviews.
  • Mentoring und Unterstützung für Teammitglieder.
  • Überwachung des Systems, Bereitstellung wichtiger Impulse an die Teamleitung und Übernahme der fachlichen Verantwortung bei größeren Themen.
Was Du mitbringst
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich IT (Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik o.ä.), eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder einen vergleichbaren Bildungshintergrund.
  • Fundierte Programmierkenntnisse: Du bist sowohl in der Lage, komplexe Probleme zu lösen als auch Datenbankabfragen zu erstellen.
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse im objektorientierten Systemdesign und sehr gute Fähigkeiten in mindestens einer objektorientierten Programmiersprache.
  • Design-Patterns, SOLID-Prinzipien und Unit-Tests sind Dir vertraut.
  • Du hast hohe Ansprüche an die Qualität Deines Codes und motivierst Deine Teamkollegen, die besten Lösungen zu finden.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich.
  • Idealerweise bringst Du Erfahrung im Betrieb von Softwaresystemen sowie ein ausgeprägtes DevOps-Mindset mit.
