Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Services Manager to join our team in Hamburg. As a key member of our Capital Markets department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our independent asset managers and fund initiators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our asset managers and fund initiators, providing expert advice and support on investment opportunities and portfolio management.
  • Collaborate with our Senior Client Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless execution of investment orders.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' investment needs and preferences, identifying opportunities to provide tailored solutions and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with our Business Development team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to discuss investment strategies and portfolio performance.
  • Provide market insights and analysis to inform investment decisions and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Banking or finance degree, with a strong focus on investment management and portfolio analysis.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets and financial products, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide expert advice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
