Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced IP/Transport Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating Fronthaul, Mid haul, and Backhaul deliverables.
You will collaborate with team leaders and engineering teams, as well as work with third-party partners to implement networking solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure correct implementation of engineering design and network architectures
- Support configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco and Juniper devices
- Collaborate with SI partner for DCN rollout, upgrades, new connectivity, documentation, ATP execution, etc.
- Collaborate with Operations team for HOTO process, LLD validation, etc.
- Relevant Engineering Degree with relevant work experience of 8+ years in networking
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience of networking concepts like TCP/IP, Ethernet, switching, MPLS, VPN, LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN, and SSL technology
- Good knowledge of network infrastructure, such as different types of fibers, SFPs, routers, switches, and interconnectivity between servers, switches, routers, etc.
- Good knowledge of transport protocols, routing protocols, and security/authentication protocols
- Hands-on experience on Networking Automation
- Preferred certifications include Cisco CCNA/CCNP
Fluent English is a must, and German language proficiency is preferred.
