We are in search of a SAFETY SPECIALIST (M/W/D) to contribute to our mission at ZELTWANGER HOLDING GMBH in Tübingen. The key responsibilities for this role encompass:

  • Establishing and refining health and safety protocols in alignment with legal standards and organizational policies
  • Performing risk evaluations and conducting routine safety audits
  • Educating personnel on all aspects of workplace safety
  • Formulating and executing strategies for accident prevention
  • Providing guidance to management and executives regarding safety matters
  • Engaging with regulatory bodies and professional organizations
  • Investigating workplace incidents and near misses, compiling reports and statistical data

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Formal training as a safety specialist in accordance with legal requirements
  • A minimum of three years of experience in safety, preferably within an industrial setting
  • In-depth understanding of applicable legal regulations and standards
  • A strong sense of accountability and dedication
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • An independent and organized approach to work
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
