About the Team

The Enterprise Business Development team consists of dedicated sales and relationship management professionals focused on establishing strategic partnerships throughout Germany. Key responsibilities include onboarding new brands, nurturing existing relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance our offerings and deliver exceptional value to partners and customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with leading retailers in Germany, engaging with C-level executives and securing support from key stakeholders in sectors such as Groceries and Convenience.
  • Assess partner requirements, prioritize them within the organization, and work with various teams to create solutions that yield significant business outcomes.
  • Strategically coordinate go-to-market activities, align stakeholders, and ensure comprehensive readiness across Marketing, PR, Operations, and Product teams for successful initiatives.
  • Involve partners in innovative projects aimed at driving digital transformation and enhancing customer experiences in e-commerce, particularly in Food and non-Food sectors.
  • Foster strong customer engagement, identify challenges, and provide insights to inform product development and enhancements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Tech / E-Commerce Business Development, ideally within the Retail sector, with a robust network of industry contacts.
  • A proven history of driving engagements and negotiations at the executive level.
  • Capability to convert challenges into actionable projects, collaborate with international teams, and deliver results punctually.
  • A passion for leveraging analytics to derive insights, with proficiency in Excel and analytical tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
