We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and driving sales through effective merchandising and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Participate in visual merchandising and promotional activities to drive sales and increase customer engagement
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
