Infrastructure Asset Coordinator

  • Engage in the standardization of architectural designs, while identifying and overseeing the foundational aspects for the construction and upkeep of our essential facilities across electricity, gas, and water sectors.
  • Translate cross-disciplinary technical requirements derived from operational and regulatory standards into the necessary frameworks for building codes.
  • Take charge of the facility management for critical assets, developing a long-term strategy in close collaboration with property management.
  • Conduct ongoing evaluations and assessments of facilities, focusing on condition assessments in partnership with real estate management.
  • Contribute to the advancement of strategic network planning, addressing building technical requirements in light of the energy transition challenges.
  • Facilitate collaboration with the Asset Owner, property management, public interest groups, and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the provision and analysis of key commercial and technical metrics essential for project execution, network oversight, and regulatory compliance.

Your qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering with a specialization in Civil Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable standards, laws, and technical regulations.
  • Extensive expertise in relevant regulations such as HOAI, VOB, etc.
  • Significant professional experience in civil engineering or asset management of technically utilized properties, including familiarity with network technical systems.
  • Basic understanding of the legal framework governing energy distribution.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities.
  • Proficiency in SAP, GIS, MS Office, and ISU systems.
  • Data-oriented mindset with foundational programming skills.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
