Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Fachkraft für Compliance und Risikomanagement in Vollzeit in Neuss.
Compliance spielt eine zentrale Rolle bei der Vermeidung von Haftungsrisiken und fungiert als Schnittstelle zwischen der Unternehmensführung und den Fachabteilungen. Die Aufgabe umfasst die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Vorgaben durch Risikoanalysen, Überwachung der Gesetzeseinhaltung und Schulungen für Mitarbeiter.
Risikomanagement ist verantwortlich für die Identifikation, Analyse und Bewertung von Risiken, einschließlich finanzieller und rechtlicher Aspekte. Hierzu werden Prüfverfahren und Kontrollmaßnahmen entwickelt sowie Handlungsempfehlungen an die Unternehmensleitung gegeben.
Deine Aufgaben im Detail- Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Richtlinien im Bereich Compliance und Risikomanagement
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben zur Minimierung rechtlicher Risiken
- Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei der Identifikation und Bewertung potenzieller Risiken sowie der Festlegung geeigneter Maßnahmen
- Bewertung bestehender Richtlinien und Verfahren zur Identifikation von Schwachstellen
- Durchführung von allgemeinen und fachspezifischen Schulungen
- Identifikation und Analyse von Risiken, einschließlich deren Quantifizierung und Bewertung
- Durchführung von Dienstleisterprüfungen und internen Compliance-Audits
- Planung und Durchführung von Kontrolltests
- Verantwortung für die Risikoüberwachung und -steuerung
- Entwicklung und Durchsetzung interner Richtlinien und Unternehmenswerte
- Unterstützung bei der Berichterstattung an die Unternehmensführung
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Erste Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Risikomanagement, internes Kontrollsystem und/oder Compliance, idealerweise durch Berufserfahrung
- Vertrautheit mit gängigen Compliance-Standards und -Normen
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und Kollaborationstools (Confluence/Jira)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau)
- Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit analytischen Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke
