About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Personal Assistant to join our team at SozialKomplizen UG. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and fulfill their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily tasks and activities, promoting their independence and autonomy.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each individual's needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Collaborate with our team to create personalized support plans, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a sense of community and connection.
  • Assist with household management, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Accompany individuals on outings and activities, promoting socialization and engagement.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a support role, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
