Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Datenanalyst, der unsere Datenanalysen und -visualisierungen weiterentwickelt und verbessert. Als Teil unseres Data & Analytics Teams wirst du eine wichtige Rolle bei der Unterstützung unseres Wachstums und der Optimierung unseres Geschäftsmodells spielen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Strategische Datenanalysen durchführen und Datenprodukte für die Unterstützung unseres Wachstums und die Optimierung unseres Geschäftsmodells entwickeln
  • Enge Partnerschaften mit verschiedenen Teams innerhalb des Unternehmens aufbauen und datenbasierte Lösungen anbieten, die ihre Ziele unterstützen
  • Ansprechende Dashboards und Berichte entwerfen und entwickeln, die komplexe Daten visuell ansprechend darstellen und unseren Stakeholdern klare Einblicke in relevante Kennzahlen bieten
  • Agile Methoden wie Scrum und Kanban anwenden, um effizient zu arbeiten und sicherzustellen, dass unsere Projekte termingerecht und mit höchster Qualität abgeschlossen werden
Dein Profil
  • Erfahrung als Data Analyst oder Scientist und herausragende Fähigkeiten in der Analyse und Interpretation komplexer Datensätze
  • Ausbildung in einem MINT-Fach oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu lösen und datengesteuerte Entscheidungen zu treffen
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung aussagekräftiger Datenvisualisierungen, die komplexe Informationen einfach, klar und präzise darstellen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Business Partnership: Fähigkeit, komplexe Analysen klar und überzeugend in deutscher und englischer Sprache zu kommunizieren
  • Modern Data Stack und Data Modelling: Erfahrung mit einem Modern Data Stack und Kenntnisse der neuesten Tools und Technologien
  • Eigeninitiative und Methodik: Proaktivität und Leidenschaft für kontinuierliches Lernen und persönliche Weiterentwicklung
