Senior Vice President of Corporate Legal Affairs

The Vice President of Corporate Legal & IP will act as the primary legal advisor to the executive board and key stakeholders within PAUL HARTMANN AG on all legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the corporate legal department, which includes teams focused on legal, legal technology, intellectual property, and data protection.
- Oversee the development and implementation of legal strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices across all corporate functions.
- Facilitate the negotiation and drafting of international contracts and agreements.
- Provide legal counsel on corporate governance and manage litigation processes to safeguard the company’s interests.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of robust legal experience, ideally from a mix of an international law firm and senior in-house positions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of corporate law, contract law, intellectual property, and data protection.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to navigate complex legal challenges.
- A strategic mindset with experience advising senior management and business leaders.
