About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Risk Management Intern to join our team. As a Risk Management Intern, you will support our operational risk and incident management processes, including risk and incident reporting, quality review, and challenging of existing and new processes. You will also support control testing, including identifying control gaps and assisting the 1st Line of Defense in defining corrective actions.

Responsibilities

  • Support operational risk and incident management, including risk and incident reporting, quality review, and challenging of existing and new processes.
  • Support control testing, including identifying control gaps and assisting the 1st Line of Defense in defining corrective actions.
  • Support the Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) process, performing punctual processes reviews.

Requirements

  • You are studying towards a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or equivalent.
  • You are available for at least 3 months.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • You have a strong ability for risk-oriented analysis and comprehensible presentation of complex issues.
  • You are able to work in a time-sensitive environment and balance competing priorities.
  • You have concise verbal and written communication skills in English, and German language is advantageous.
