Industrial Mechanic

Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced Industrial Mechanics to join our team at Glockenbrot Bäckerei in Bergkirchen. As an Industrial Mechanic, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of production and supply equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic analysis to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Install, modify, and upgrade new or existing equipment to meet production needs.
- Optimize production equipment and supply systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure high equipment availability and minimize production disruptions.
- Produce and repair various mechanical components.
- Monitor production equipment and respond promptly to any issues that may arise.
- Communicate effectively with production teams and other stakeholders to resolve equipment-related issues.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Procure and manage spare parts and materials for equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies.
Requirements:
- Completed apprenticeship or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with automation systems is desirable but not required.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- High level of motivation, initiative, and reliability, with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays.
