Job Title: Einrichtungsleiter*in Altenhilfe (m/w/d)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Einrichtungsleiter*in (m/w/d) to lead our team at AWO Adam-Romboy-Seniorenzentrum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Coordination: Oversee the facility's daily operations, ensuring smooth management and coordination of staff, family members, and external service providers.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of professionals to provide high-quality care services.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective financial planning and resource allocation.
  • Resident and Admission Management: Coordinate resident admissions, ensuring a seamless transition into our care facility.
  • Office Operations: Manage daily office tasks, maintaining a well-organized and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Hold a relevant certification for facility management, with a degree in Social, Nursing Management, Health Management, or Business Administration preferred.
  • Alignment: Demonstrate alignment with the goals and values of the Arbeiterwohlfahrt.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in leadership roles is beneficial.
  • Skills: Possess strong organizational and communication skills, with a respectful and compassionate approach to working with elderly individuals.
