Decorative Finishing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter and Decorator to join our team at von Caprivi GmbH Stuttgart. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating services to our clients across Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform interior and exterior painting and decorating tasks
• Apply tape and remove it carefully to ensure clean lines and edges
• Apply coats of paint and varnish to achieve a smooth and even finish
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes and cracks
• Apply spackling compound to fill holes and cracks and sand to a smooth finish
• Apply vermiculite or other materials to create a textured finish

Requirements:

• Completed apprenticeship or equivalent training as a Painter and Decorator
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the trade
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and travel to different locations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
