Deine Rolle
In der Hauptabteilung IT und Digitalisierung bist Du als Business Analyst und Produktverantwortlicher tätig. Du spielst eine zentrale Rolle in einem agilen Projektumfeld und bist verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung des Anforderungsmanagements sowie der entsprechenden Standards. Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen:
- **Strategische Definition**: Du formulierst und kommunizierst die Produktvision, -strategie und -ziele und übernimmst das Stakeholder-Management.
- **Qualitätsverantwortung**: Du stellst sicher, dass hochwertige und benutzerzentrierte Produkte geliefert werden.
- **Analyse und Verbesserung**: Du identifizierst Verbesserungspotentiale und entwickelst Lösungskonzepte.
- **Dokumentation**: Du erstellst fachliche sowie Rollen- und Rechtekonzepte und erarbeitest Use Cases und User-Stories.
- **Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit**: Du prüfst Lösungsmöglichkeiten in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachkundigen im Bereich IT-Architektur.
- **Beratung und Mentoring**: Du führst Interviews mit Anwendern und Fachkundigen durch und berätst die Fachbereiche zu IT-Prozessen. Zudem mentorst und coachst Du Junior Produktverantwortliche.
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor oder Diplom-FH) in Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Business Analyst und Produktverantwortlicher.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse agiler Entwicklungsmethoden sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C2-Niveau).
- Hervorragende Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Teamfähigkeiten sowie hohe Kunden- und Ergebnisorientierung.
