Work Environment: SAP Business ByDesign in the Cloud

We are seeking a qualified System Administrator (m/w/d) for SAP Business ByDesign, responsible for administration, communication, and form management. As a member of our IT team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our SAP Business ByDesign system.

Your Responsibilities
  • Administer users and security roles in the SAP Business ByDesign system
  • Create workflows for approvals and assignment of task distributions for processes/approvals
  • Perform mass data changes and data cleansing
  • Configure the GUI and system
  • Pass on and control incidents to external service providers
  • Monitor processes and ensure data consistency in collaboration with external service providers
  • Interface with various departments and stakeholders
  • Provide 1st/2nd level support
  • Maintain forms in various countries and departments (Order Management, Accounting, Purchasing)
  • Output management for various document types
Your Skills
  • Completed education or degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
  • SAP Business ByDesign certification is an advantage
  • Developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Teamwork and good communication skills
  • Independent working style and high level of commitment
