We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Backoffice Assistant in Mainz. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including research, data preparation, and coordination of film teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research for marketing and acquisition purposes
  • Perform general backoffice tasks
  • Prepare customer information for video productions
  • Coordinate film teams and support in the day-to-day operations
  • Assist in video production planning and execution

Requirements:

  • Reliability and responsibility
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Passion for video and photography production
  • Proficient in written and spoken German
