Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Equipment Coordinator to join our team at ADECCO. As an Equipment Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing equipment and large machinery, ensuring smooth organization and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring all equipment is properly tracked and accounted for.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain precise inventory lists, shipping and receiving documents, and other relevant records.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and other duties as assigned.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Detailed Equipment Inspection Team and sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as logistics, inventory control, or equipment management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and German, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate records.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.
