Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a highly skilled Requirements Engineer to join our team in the development of innovative software solutions for the medical industry. As a Requirements Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare technology.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect and analyze software requirements for medical equipment, such as X-ray machines and high-voltage generators, at our new facility in Forchheim.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain requirements and test specifications in Polarion.
- Support the creation of test strategies and test plans to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
**Requirements**
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, preferably with prior experience in Requirements Engineering.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in the same field with several years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of requirements management methods and tools.
- Experience in programming complex software requirements in Python or LabVIEW.
- Good knowledge of software development and validation processes, preferably in the medical technology or similar field.
**Your Profile**
- Fluent German language skills to create documentation and communicate with the team.
- Good English language skills for communication with international partners and software documentation.
