Head Pastry Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Pastry Chef to lead our Pastry Team at Raditi, obrt za poslovne usluge. Key Responsibilities:

• Pastry Team Management: Manage and supervise a team of pastry chefs and workers, ensuring efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
• Menu Development: Develop and implement new pastry and dessert menus, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary ingredients and supplies are available to meet customer demand.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all pastry and dessert products meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the culinary team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4 years of experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or 2 years of experience as a Head Pastry Chef in a 4* or 5* hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent knowledge of pastry and bakery techniques.
• Education: Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
