Growth Marketing Working Student

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Growth Marketing Working Student. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital channels.
Your primary focus will be on data analysis, content creation, and lead generation. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to design and conduct tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing approaches and channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Creating engaging content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials
- Analyzing marketing data to track campaign performance and generate insights
- Supporting lead generation efforts by identifying potential customers and nurturing leads through various marketing activities
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing, Google Analytics)
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
