Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Product Manager, der die digitale Transformation unseres Glasfaser-Geschäfts aktiv gestalten möchte. Du wirst für die Durchführung von Produktmanagement-Aktivitäten aus den Bereichen Preis, Produkt, Customer Journey und dazugehöriger Kundenprozesse für unsere Internet@Home-Glasfaser-Produkte der Marke o2 verantwortlich sein.

Projektmanagement

Als Leiter von (Teil-)Projekten in den Bereichen Produkteinführung, Customer Experience, Qualität, Prozessverbesserung, Inlife Management & Transformation für die Internet@Home-Glasfaser-Produkte der Marke o2 wirst du die relevanten Schnittstellen und Abhängigkeiten im Rahmen deiner Verantwortung für Produkte und Projekte berücksichtigen.

Stakeholdermanagement

Leitung der relevanten Schnittstellen und Berücksichtigung von Abhängigkeiten im Rahmen deiner Verantwortung für Produkte und Projekte.

Change Management

Als aktiv beteiligter Change Manager wirst du Konfliktmanagement, Kommunikation, Präsentation und Storytelling im Zusammenhang mit den Schnittstellen wirkungsvoll einsetzen.

Was du mitbringst

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung. Praxiserprobte Kenntnisse vorzugsweise im Bereich Produktmanagement, Projektmanagement oder Marketing, idealerweise in der Telekommunikationsbranche mit Fokus auf Glasfaser und FTTH. Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie hohe Überzeugungskraft zeichnen dich aus. Erfahrung im Einsatz von agilen Arbeitsweisen sowie Anwenderkenntnisse in Confluence und Jira. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse zeichnen deine Kommunikation aus.
