Job Description:

As a Sales Representative for Field Operations, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth within the German and European markets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities through both cold and warm outreach, utilizing virtual and telephonic communication.
  • Building and nurturing existing client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Accurately documenting all interactions and correspondence within the company's CRM system.
  • Conducting market analysis to devise innovative sales strategies that align with industry trends.
  • Regularly updating and maintaining system and master data to ensure accuracy.
  • Reporting directly to the Global Sales Manager and actively participating in team meetings to assess sales performance.
Requirements:
  • A completed commercial training program in logistics or a related field.
  • Demonstrated sales experience in either inside or outside sales roles.
  • Alternatively, experience in sea and/or air freight operations with a strong interest in transitioning to a sales position.
  • A customer-centric approach complemented by excellent negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • A willingness to travel within Germany and across the EU.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
