Ihre Aufgaben
- Entgegennahme von Supportanfragen per Ticketsystem oder Telefon
- Analyse und Behebung von technischen Problemen
- Dokumentation von Problemlösungen und Anleitungen
- Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung und Konfiguration von IT-Systemen
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs des Service Desk Betriebs
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
- Bereits Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich und gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse in der IT-Anwendungs-
betreuung sowie im windowsbasierten Client- / und Serverumfeld - Gute Kenntnisse in gängigen Betriebssystemen und Anwendungen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen und Remote-Tools
- Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
- Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
