Job Description

We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our Telecommunication Solutions business unit. As a member of our support team, you will serve as a point of contact for our customers and partners, handling technical issues and collaborating closely with the development department to devise solutions and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle technical issues and provide support to customers and partners
  • Collaborate with the development department to devise solutions and identify areas for improvement
  • Assist customers in system management, covering product configuration and the RedHat Linux-based OS environment
  • Conduct application tests and aid development and product management in introducing new features and products
  • Plan and execute customer service interventions, including on-site visits
Requirements
  • Initial professional experience in support and technical training
  • Administrative and configuration skills for Linux servers or other Unix-based platforms
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to grasp complex technical situations
  • Strong English skills for effective communication with international clients
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networks, databases, and Unix tools such as shell scripting and network analyzers
  • Experience or interest in cloud-based installations and their management
