Product Owner

CeramTec GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our Legal Department in Plochingen. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the Contract Lifecycle Management software ContractPodAi, ensuring its smooth operation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- User Support: Provide exceptional support to users, acting as a liaison between them and the ContractPodAi technical support team. Determine the technical solutions required for user requests and assess their impact on software functionality.
- Workflow Maintenance and Adjustments: Study release notes and assess the impact of software enhancements on our workflows. Collaborate with the ContractPodAi Client Success Manager to ensure workflows are not adversely affected and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Roles and Permissions Matrix: Maintain an up-to-date user data and manage the roles and permissions matrix, ensuring it remains compliant with current workflows and updated as new enhancements are made.
- Drafting Internal Processes: Work with the Legal Department to create internal processes and guidelines for integrating ContractPodAi into various internal departmental workflows.
- Integrations: Serve as a liaison between the ContractPodAi technical team and stakeholders in various software integrations, such as SAP and Jaggaer.
- Global Rollouts: Organize the rollout and training of ContractPodAi in CeramTec subsidiaries globally.
- Migration: Assist in migrating documents from systems not yet integrated with ContractPodAi, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Graduation: Degree in business informatics, product management software, software development, legal tech, or a related field. Basic understanding of the lifecycle of documents managed by ContractPodAi, primarily commercial contracts.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions, including evaluating user metrics, A/B testing, and using analytics to improve the product.
- Empathy and User-Centricity: Ability to always think from the user's perspective, understanding their needs, pain points, and goals. Understanding of UX design is highly valued.
- Decisiveness: Readiness to make clear decisions and take responsibility.
- Agile Methods and Processes: Knowledge and experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban, including sprint planning, backlog management, and the role of the product owner in an agile team.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, including writing clear user stories, explaining requirements, and answering questions from the development team. Ability to interact with different stakeholders, gather feedback, and communicate effectively.
