About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Composite Manufacturing Technician to join our team in the aerospace industry. In this role, you will play a vital part in producing high-quality helicopter components using advanced manufacturing techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Produce aircraft components through meticulous hand lamination processes.
  • Fabricate components from diverse patterns and technologies, ensuring precision and accuracy.
  • Operate laser projection systems to enhance component production efficiency and quality.
  • Conduct self-checks within manufacturing inspection activities, upholding strict quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Possess a completed technical training in relevant fields such as Fiber Reinforced Composites or Plastics Engineering.
  • Demonstrate experience working with lightweight materials like Carbon Fiber (CFK), Composite, Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic (GFRP), laminates, rubber, and plastics.
  • Have prior experience within companies specializing in aerospace manufacturing, such as Airbus or Premium AEROTEC.
  • Exhibit a basic understanding of MS-Office software and English language communication.
  • Be flexible and willing to work in a two-shift environment.
  • Maintain a structured and meticulous approach to your work, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Possess strong teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
