Senior Anesthesiologist Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Anesthesiologist to lead our Anesthesiology Department at Doc PersonalBeratung GmbH. As a Senior Anesthesiologist Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality anesthesiological and emergency care, supporting the development of junior doctors, and participating in on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert anesthesiological care to patients
• Support the development of junior doctors through training and mentorship
• Participate in on-call duties to ensure 24/7 coverage
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and department efficiency
• Collaborate with other medical departments to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

• Qualification as a specialist in Anesthesiology
• Experience in Intensive Care
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
