Position Overview:

As a vital member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring security systems and responding to alarms promptly
• Addressing incidents such as theft, property damage, and vandalism
• Managing key issuance and supervising external service providers on site
• Conducting routine patrols to assess conditions and provide locking services
• Serving as the primary contact for visitors, guests, and employees, managing visitor flow at reception
• Collaborating with vendors and suppliers

Work Schedule: Flexible shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours per day

Qualifications Required:

• Security certification in accordance with §34a of the Trade Regulation Act
• Fluency in German, both spoken and written
• Willingness to work various shifts
• Clean criminal background
• Strong sense of responsibility and customer service orientation
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, databases)
• Ability to work effectively in a team
