Robotic Process Automation Developer (m/w/d)

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

Entwicklung von RPA-Lösungen und Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Teams

  • Entwicklung und Betrieb von Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Lösungen unter Verwendung von Blue Prism.
  • Enge Kooperation in funktionsübergreifenden, internationalen Teams mit Business Analysten, Fachspezialisten und Offshore-Entwicklern.
  • Festlegung und Überwachung von Qualitätsstandards für den Einsatz von RPA innerhalb der Gruppe im Austausch mit internationalen Einheiten.
  • Schulung und Unterstützung von Fachkräften, die RPA im Selbstbedienungsmodus nutzen.
Ihr Profil:

Sie sind eine zielorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Informatik, Mathematik, Naturwissenschaften, Technik) oder vergleichbare berufliche Erfahrung.
  • Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und Automatisierungstechniken sowie Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und dem Betrieb von Softwaresystemen.
  • Praktische Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung und der technischen Umsetzung von Workflows – idealerweise mit RPA-Tools wie Blue Prism oder UIPath.
  • Programmierkenntnisse in Technologien wie C#, JavaScript, HTML, APIs, VB.NET.
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden, selbstständige, ziel- und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
