Job Title: VP Supply Chain Management

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President to lead our Supply Chain Management team in Munich, Germany. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our logistics strategy, driving cost leadership, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive logistics strategy to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  • Lead a team of 15+ professionals to manage the entire supply chain, including purchasing, order management, demand planning, and warehousing/distribution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize supply chain performance and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in supply chain management or logistics
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving efficiency in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Fluency in German and English (business fluent minimum)
