Senior Production Planner - Permanent, Full-time
We are seeking a Senior Production Planner to contribute to a leading organization in laser micro-material processing. Our focus is on integrating cutting-edge research to enhance our operational efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate tailored projects throughout the supply chain
- Develop and manage production orders alongside procurement recommendations
- Guarantee timely availability of materials for manufacturing
- Track production progress and communicate any discrepancies
- Supervise project order statuses and identify supply deficiencies
- Continuously refine inventory levels for optimal performance
- Utilize data analysis to facilitate informed decision-making
- Maintain accurate records in Microsoft Navision and generate reports
- Enhance processes and functionalities within Microsoft Navision
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in production planning and management
- Familiarity with ERP systems; knowledge of Microsoft Navision is advantageous
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- A process-oriented and solution-driven approach to work
- Project management experience is a plus
- High degree of accountability, motivation, teamwork, and adaptability
- Proficient in both German and English
