About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Project Manager to join our team at Rivada Space Networks GmbH. As a key member of our Program Management Office, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and maintenance of our Program Master Schedule using MS Project.

As a seasoned professional with at least 3+ years of experience in implementing and administering Atlassian products, you will be responsible for managing the current and future implementation and maintenance of JIRA and Confluence software for the Program Team. Your expertise will also be essential in providing training to end-users and participating in external and internal management meetings as required.

As a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will work closely with internal and external technical groups to ensure seamless collaboration and effective project delivery. Your ability to work flexibly in an environment with shifting priorities, timescales, and processes will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and administer Atlassian products, including JIRA and Confluence
  • Manage the development and maintenance of our Program Master Schedule using MS Project
  • Provide training to end-users on software applications and processes
  • Participate in external and internal management meetings as required
  • Collaborate with internal and external technical groups to ensure effective project delivery
Requirements
  • At least 3+ years of experience in implementing and administering Atlassian products
  • Proficiency in MS Project and experience in workload planning activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly in an environment with shifting priorities, timescales, and processes
