We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning Consultant to lead and own three critical facets of our learning programs: revenue responsibility with enterprise customers, didactical consulting, and trainer management. As a Senior Learning Consultant at Bots & People, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their unique training needs and challenges. You will also oversee the end-to-end learning journey for our learners, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience, leveraging AI and tech solutions to enhance learner outcomes.

  • Revenue responsibility: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their unique training needs and challenges.
  • Didactical consulting: Oversee the end-to-end learning journey for our learners, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience, leveraging AI and tech solutions to enhance learner outcomes.
  • Trainer management: Provide trainers with the necessary resources, tools, and support to deliver high-quality training programs.
  • Project management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans for learning programs, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Moderation: Facilitate live trainings with enterprise customers on the topics of genAI, Low Code, or Process Automation.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in Management Consulting, preferably collaborating with L&D Departments of large enterprises.
  • Experience in designing learning programs, especially blended learning concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in consultancy/agency or fast-growing B2B edtech environments.
  • Excellent training or workshop facilitation skills.
  • Familiarity with enterprise client communication and proven ability to listen, persuade, and support.
  • Independent work style, high level of commitment, and service-oriented mindset.
